The overall experience was poor, first of all I was convinced that I had lost a latex U-shaped pillow in the room, as well as a pair of earrings. I asked them to help me find it, but they pretended not to understand English and said they didn’t know how long it would take to find it... Speechless😓! !
Secondly, there is an extra charge of 15 euros for breakfast every day. It is served in the ba*****t. It is said to be a buffet. The included fried eggs are not provided. The waiter only chats on his mobile phone... No refill of coffee☕️. There is no service and the charge is 15 euros. How do you comment? In a four-star hotel? ?

The facilities are old, the rooms are average, and there is no kettle. Fortunately, the bathroom is clean. There is road construction next to it, which is very noisy!
