The subway was close by and it was easy to access. I entered from a main street, but I didn't feel unsafe. There are many 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's Wi-Fi was good. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. There were many outlets, and the shower had good water pressure, so hot water came out quickly. However, there seemed to be few amenities. The hair dryer could not be used continuously, and it stopped when it got too hot.

The receptionists are courteous and helpful. Attended to my issues straightaway. For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast spread needs to do better.
