Great location, near metro and bus stop to and from airport. View facing the plaza was nice but could be noisy if there are events or if on low floor.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel is old and really charming. The front desk staff are amazing a shout out to Luca who greeted me and oriented me to the city. Ivan was great too. Overall, just superb staff…and location to see the best of Barcelona.

Great location right on plaza catalunya and Las Ramblas. Many shopping and restaurants. Airport bus is also 5 min walk. Can walk to casa Ballto and Casa Mila. The hardwood floor can make it a bit noisy at night but great amenities nonetheless. Got upgraded and had a bottle of cava and charcuterie in the room.

The big plus for this property was the location. It’s right at the beginning of Las Ramblas and central to everything. Right across the street from Taxi stand, the hop on hop off bus stations and the Aerobús shuttle bus to the airport. Plus the staff were very helpful and the property was very clean

If you’re looking for something close to the ****** it’s a 5 min walk. The Spa is unreal but they shouldn’t charge guests the same price as non guests to use the facility. €15 is too much. It should be like €5 since you’re already paying for a room. Staff was overall ok but I stayed here for 17 nights and they were making a big deal about eating the welcome nuts from time to time. They are just nuts. You guys need to relax. They’re free at the bar. Due to this reason I won’t be staying here again because that’s just embarrassing.
