Facilities: I was extremely impressed by the hotel's elevator. The elderly's sense of sight was instantly gone. Everything else is included. Cleanliness: good, normal hotel cleaning level Environment: Very good location. It's very close to Walk to Gratitude Avenue and La Pedrera. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is more convenient. Environment: Not bad, I like their balcony very much. Very comfortable Service: The service is good, normal level. Forgot to take photos of the hotel….. Remember to bring a converter. I don't think this hotel has a USB port, so you have to use a socket.

Great hotel very close to Plaza Catalunya and Uraquiaran metro stations and the University of Barcelona. The breakfast is very good and the price/performance ratio is much higher than Ronda Lesspes. There is a stadium at the back. It is best to avoid the back rooms and face the main street.

The bed in the room is very soft and comfortable Outside the window of the room is a children's fitness center. The children play ice hockey games, which is very interesting. The transportation is very convenient. It is near Thanksgiving Avenue and it is very convenient to travel. The room facilities are a bit outdated and there is a long corridor which wastes space. The refrigerator is also put up to increase storage space on the floor. I feel that the interior layout design can be improved to avoid feeling cramped

The location is good and the breakfast is satisfactory.

The location is great. Right in the heart of the city center, easy to get in and out. All major famous attractions can be reached within walking distance. The hotel is relatively old and was given a rooftop terrace room with a decent view of the city. The front desk service is good, but the room service is not so good. Because I stayed for three days in a row, they didn't give new cotton swabs, toothpaste, etc. after they were used up. They didn't even give new bath towels on the third day. Everything else is okay.

Very bad hotel experience, I told the front desk the night before I needed to checkout that I needed to stay for two more nights. But when I went to pay the next day the front desk told me that the whole hotel is fully booked and asked me to move out before 12 o'clock. Shouldn't the front desk reserve a room for the original guest after the guest has already made a request to stay for two nights? Very unprofessional front desk. room hygiene can also.

I got it near Plaza Catalunya, but it wasn't right next to it. It's neat and nice, but the road to it is a bit dark. It was nice because it was wide enough.

Very close to the subway. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many kinds of breakfast. Sitting next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is very elegant.

The hotel was close to a good amount of restaurants and there is a lot of shopping to do in the area. There is a Zara and H&M right on the corner of the street. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

First thing to point out is that this hotel claims to be 4 stars, but once you arrive you realize that it is clearly a 3 star accommodation. Overall it was a convenient stay due to the proximity of the hotel to many restaurants and the city locations. Staff was kind and welcoming. However, rooms and bathrooms have an outdated appearance. Upon arriving we also noticed that the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The air conditioning never worked correctly during our 3 night stay and only functioned with the heating feature, which was uncomfortable to sleep with despite the cold winter weather in Barcelona.

Acta Atrium was a fantastic hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was the best. 20 minutes drive from the airport. 11 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. Had everything around. Try Zennith or Alsur for brunch. They were around the corner.

Good hotel. No balcony which was advertised but did not complain. Nice hotel but nothing WOW

This hotel should have been rated as a 3-star hotel instead of a 4star hotel. The interior is very out-dated, it could use a big update. There was no coffee machine/ kettle provided in the room. The house keeping didn’t change the towels daily and refill toiletries. We received dirty cups with other people’s lipsticks on them twice. We had to follow up with the front desk a few times during our 4 night stay to restock the room supplies. Fortunately, the front desk people were nice and helpful but it would be better if housekeeping could get the job done in the first place.
