Very clean and nice hotel, abundant breakfast, a few small flaws: My room was really small, difficult to really move around the sides, for the entire period of the stay (5 days) no one collected the room service dishes which therefore remained in the stairs between one floor and another. The restaurant was very good, shame about the slow service. Please note the helpfulness of the staff, Javier was also really kind in advising on what to visit and where to eat (and also very very nice ;-))

A really lovely hotel within easy reach of the metro and restaurants.. Lovely friendly receptionists. Nice breakfast. Lovely rooms. Comfy beds, good air con. Would have liked to try the restaurant but it was closed over the bank holiday weekend when we were there. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed there at Easter 2024. The hotel is located on Carrer Comte Borrell, in the Eixample district, L5 "Hospital Clinic" metro stop two blocks away. In five minutes on foot you reach the pedestrian area of Carrer Consell de Cent, another ten minutes Passeig de Gracia and, if you feel like taking another two steps, in another 10 minutes you reach the Rambla. The same route, from the Hotel to the Rambla, can be covered with one of the 15,000 taxis in Barcelona for ten euros. During our stay at the Zenit Borrell we had a good time, but for a four star hotel you could do more. Certainly one thing that needs improvement is breakfast; similar structures in the same category offer greater quality and variety! Around the hotel there are many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

I stayed 5 days on a business trip, the hotel was confortable the room looked maybe a bit smaller compared to the pictures. Overall everything fine, they should unclog all the pipings in the bathroom cos clearly there was a problem there a part from that it was ok, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing.

Central hotel, but sites to visit a little far away, fortunately metro nearby!
Light soundproofing, but quiet night from midnight to 6:30 a.m.

Overall it's a good solution. Not very central but convenient to get to just about anywhere. It has small but well organized and spotless rooms. The welcome was good and the staff were kind. It's a shame about some small negligence, such as the shower towels: cleanly laundered (which is what counts) but torn in a couple of places, which is nothing in substance but significant in form
