Great location , the male staff where polite . Female front desk was rude .
Swimming pool is small but nice cosy area .

カタールニャ広場まで徒歩数分。地下鉄、バス利用の他、徒歩でカサ.ミラ、カサ.バトリョも行ける等、非常に立地が良い。日中は歩行者天国のポルタル デル アンヘル通りに面している部屋だったので、窓から外の様子を眺めるのも楽しめた。ホテルは古く部屋は殺風景だが設備に問題は無し。スタッフも気さくで対応も良かった。
特にチェックインが夜中になる旨のメールをしたところ、すぐに返信が来たのには好感が持てた。
バルセロナは初めてだったが、次に訪れる時も利用したいと思う。

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel , el servicio increíble de todos , pero la ubicación que tiene y su restaurante son de lo mejor en nuestro recorrido por Europa, lindas habitaciones aunque parecen pequeñas cuantas con todos los detalles de un gran Hotel

A little gem of a hotel. Perfect location. Perfect rooms. Staff are exceptional. Overall, great value for money. We stayed for 6 nights in May in a terrace room. It was so quiet at night despite being in the heart of the city. Real personable hotel with great character. A lovely heartbeat to this place. We paid for breakfast each morning which was absolutely lovely. Good value for money. Great range & choice at breakfast - I still crave the freshly squeezed orange juice! Staff outstanding - nothing was a problem to them. They helped every guest with a smile, grace & kindness. Keep up the great work!

Prix assez chers mais c'est Barcelone! Il n'y avait pas mieux rapport qualité pour Barcelone. Hôtel super bien situé et chambres arrières super calmes.
