We booked 2 rooms and the service is great. The room is clean and the choices of the breakfast is plentiful. Bea from the restaurant is so kind she help us with our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location , the male staff where polite . Female front desk was rude .
Swimming pool is small but nice cosy area .
I would stay again but not a long trip .

Disappointed with the premium room on arrival. Customer service to match ...don't expect a cheery good morning or even acknowledgement on entering hotel. No help after I complained... In their defense I was probably shown 6 other rooms the next morning...NONE looked like the reservation pic and NONE were worth our while repacking and unpacking so that should speak volumes. Hairdryer had to be kept 'on' manually so difficult to use, bathroom door kept banging into anyone who was in closet behind it so we were in the unusual position of knocking when we exited the bathroom! Life is too short to complain while you are on vacation. Talked to Alejandro/Maria Jose. Did get a response from the hotel basically reiterating what I have said... rooms shown...yes...none an improvement. Definitely our worst experience of the 3 week holiday (and my daughter stayed in hostels in Portugal loved them) won't return to this chain, definitely don't recommend. Plenty of hotels around...pick another one. ( this was also our most expensive experience)

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and is close to Barcelona’s superb metro along with the stop for the Aerobús.
The room we stayed in was nice and quiet and had air conditioning. Unfortunately the bathroom really smelt, I think there must be an issue with the drains as the hotel is in a very old building.

An absolutely wonderful hotel, in a great location in the Gothic Quarter. The surrounding area feels safe and has easy access to local activities, walking to the metro, or calling a taxi. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice size shower. I would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely come back.

The hotel was recommended to us by friends. We wanted a good location, balcony/terrace and a pool and it served up all three. A fridge in the room was a welcome bonus (actually a mini bar which we emptied and stored our own food and drinks for the duration of our stay).

A hidden gem from teh door you do not know what to expect and prepare to have your eyes opened. Rooms are excellent (Small but who cares) and the bar, chambermaids, breakfast all good. One small issue and both are room cards were de-activated so upon asking for them to be reactivated the young member of the reception team was not really interested. Hmm - but everyone else was brilliant. Will come again.

I stayed in the newest area of the property. The deck was wonderful and private. The hotel has an elevator and that helps! I enjoyed how close we were to main square, and others we easily walked to.
