Great location , the male staff where polite . Female front desk was rude .
Swimming pool is small but nice cosy area .

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was very small! Even as Gold Member, there was no upgrade and no sparkling wine in the room. Bottled water only three out of seven days.

An amazing hotel in the very best of location in Barcelona. Beautifully decorated and a super helpful staff make this hotel feel like home. It’s clean and comfortable and within walking distance to so many different places. I’d recommend it every time!

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great facilities. Very clean. Location is walking distance for Gotica, El Born and Raval, and is very close to Metro and bus stops. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location,friendly staff and I found it very clean and staff hospitable . A friend choose the hotel location and it was absolutely perfect for Los Ramlos and many other shops, bars ,cafes and Restaurants.
