Terrible 1- Hotel has no administration, 2- If hotel air conditioning is not working they don’t take an action. 3- Someone has to control the hotel employees. We arrived hotel at 6.00 PM and we told redemption that air conditioning is not working , he told me , it is working many guest doesn’t know how to use it , when you arrive back we will show you. I told him it is not working, they have to change room or fix it. When we arrived at 9.45 it was not working he gave us a room with air conditioning, with 2 years old and 5 years old kids it was not pleasant to us to change room again. I told them please do not change our room again tomorrow because it is hard to move again . Following day morning they told us they have a family room we have to move , we were upset but we had to move , they told us the room is not ready it will be ready latest at 3.00 pm . Air conditioning is not working , we have to move to an other room. They didnt had a family room they up-grade us , they want to move us a family room on following day but we have to wait 5 hours. 1- Hotel has no administration, 2- It is shame for the Catolina chain hotels. 3- Moving the room again and again and making a family to wait …. Worst Experience ever.
