Perfect location, far from the crowd yet still in a good spot near everything downtown and you have many ways to get to the beach easily. Very friendly and helpful staff, food is really good and everything is smooth, clean and nice would come back and recommend it at 100%

The hotel was conveniently located and the service there was great. When it was raining outside, they very kindly lend us an umbrella. Hotel room is also decently sized and clean. The only downside is that the breakfast selection was limited.

Around the hotel there are a lot of variety of good restaurants, terraces and a shopping (paseo de Gracia and Diagonal) . Also, we are close to Metro Diagonal and a good selection of buses. I stayed in the city center on the last day of my business trip and chose this hotel. The location is great, within walking distance to nearby attractions and shopping. There are also many restaurants nearby. The room we booked was very small, the windows were almost the wall, which was rather depressing. The service staff are enthusiastic and professional. This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. We felt extremely safe while staying at Hotel Balmoral. The staff were phenomenal and extremely professional. They have a positive work environment and treated all guests and themselves with the utmost respect. Whenever we come back to Barcelona, this is the ONLY place I would consider staying at!

Hotel is walking distance to some attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue I have was the noise. It’s kind of noisy in the morning.
