It had a sliding door that was transparent, offering no privacy. Additionally, the lamp fixtures were hanging from the ceiling wires, which was not only unsightly but also a safety concern. I was surprised to learn that breakfast was not included in the "premium" room rate. This was unexpected, as most hotels I have stayed at in the past have included breakfast as part of the premium package. Furthermore, the room did not live up to the photos on your website. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust present on both common and uncommon surfaces. The woodwork in the room was chipped in multiple areas, posing a hazard to guests, especially children. I feel that I was manipulated into booking this room, as I was unable to get a refund due to booking through the app. As a frequent visitor to Barcelona, I can confidently say that I will not be staying at your hotel again.
