They never cleaned my room during my 3 nights stay. I’ve been asking for it everyday at the reception, asking specifically for a refill of coffee that they never gave me - just water and towels. Considering the price the experience was below average.

Such a cool and welcoming vibe, everything about this hotel is perfect, we were very lucky to be upgraded, great location, close to tram stop and huge shopping centre, the roof top bar is great for taking in the views of Barcelona, including La Sagrada Familia, Torre Glorias is right next door and lights up the Hoxton. Only 1 complaint, the beds were just to comfortable, couldn't get up! Very special thanks to Toma who helped us with out booking and a very warm welcome!

While the hotel itself is really chic and the rooms excellent, the amenities listed are not included to hotel guests with your stay. The hotel rooftop and pool deck are available at exorbitant extra charges. €40 per person per chair or €80+ per person for a cabana, and that cost only allows you to use for 3 hours -- really insane considering the quality of the hotel and the already high costs of booking rooms to stay at the hotel. We were not allowed to sit on the pool deck and order coffees without paying these fees, despite it being 10:30am and there being no one on pool deck, with all chairs empty. Hugely disappointing. Wish we had known this in advance, but the fact that there are charges for pool deck usage are buried on the website in FAQs. Other hotels were were considering at this price point had rooftop pool usage included as an amenity for your stay with no extra charges, and for this reason, we will stay elsewhere next time in Barcelona.

It's a party hotel. Don't go there if you want to relax and have a good night's sleep. Loud music coming from the rooftop, the bar in front of the hotel and the restaurante inside the hotel. Very disappointed with my stay.

We stayed here as a convenient location and priced at a good point. Location was good, close to metro but we walked from Sagrada Familia. Very helpful staff and a mall across the road for everything we might need on our travels

One of the all round best hotels we’ve stayed in. Great location for a fun weekend in Barcelona. Close to beach, transport, shopping and lovely local neighbourhood!

The outdoor courtyard bars next to the hotel are very loud, late into the evening. No house keeping. I stayed 6 nights and had to request my room be cleaned and restocked. Below average restaurant food and rude staff. Disappointing stay.
