入住時要求交100歐按金，説要兩週後退回到賬，到現在兩個月了還沒退，打前台電話沒人接，攜程推薦的騙子酒店？？

It’s a good hotel within easy walking distance of the subway and Ramblas. People were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean if a bit tight.

沒注意看房間平方數，有點小，行李箱都不太好放，洗澡的地方非常小，沒辦法轉身，還堵住了，每次洗完澡廁所都是水，但是位置真的很不錯

Friendly helpful staff and very warm welcome. Hotel room is very clean and comfortable and looks exactly like the photo. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and nice linen. Fabulous location close to La Rambla which makes getting around easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Eau chaude pratiquement inexistante Filet d'eau ne permettant pas de se laver correctement. Pratiquement impossible de faire un shampooing. Climatisation non fonctionnelle. Hôtel très sonore. Caution de 100 euros encaissée et non restituée 1 mois après ! Au secours !

We checked out 2 hrs after we'd check in. Where to start!
No hot water, an annoying ringing constantly.
Sofa damaged. Terrace balcony looked nothing like the pictures was awful. Electrics hanging out everywhere.
We check going down to the receptionist who was uninterested, too busy on personal facetimes
Only when we came down with luggage and asked to check out did she say do you want an upgrade 😂 no thanks we'd already booked a superior double.
