When checking in, they asked for a 100 Euro deposit, which they said would be returned to their account in two weeks. It has been two months and they still haven't returned it. No one answered the front desk phone. Is this a scam hotel recommended by Ctrip? ?

It’s a good hotel within easy walking distance of the subway and Ramblas. People were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean if a bit tight.

I didn't pay attention to the room size, it's a bit small, it's hard to put the suitcase in, the shower area is very small, I can't turn around, it's blocked, the toilet is full of water every time I take a shower, but the location is really good

Hot water practically non-existent. A trickle of water making it impossible to wash properly. Almost impossible to shampoo. Air conditioning not functional. Very noisy hotel. Deposit of 100 euros cashed and not returned 1 month later! Help !

We checked out 2 hrs after we'd check in. Where to start!
No hot water, an annoying ringing constantly.
Sofa damaged. Terrace balcony looked nothing like the pictures was awful. Electrics hanging out everywhere.
We check going down to the receptionist who was uninterested, too busy on personal facetimes
Only when we came down with luggage and asked to check out did she say do you want an upgrade 😂 no thanks we'd already booked a superior double.

We stayed in this property on the dates: 20/03 - 24/03. Right from the start the guys at the facility were very helpful in answering all my booking email questions. Very beautiful structure, in a FABULOUS location! close to everything: Rambla, metro, buses, shops, bars... very friendly staff and available for every need straight away. There was also a very kind gentleman at the reception with whom we also managed to speak in Italian, managing to make us feel even more comfortable. Expectations more than exceeded! Good cleaning! An experience that will remain in our hearts forever. We will see each other again for sure! (I hope soon!) Sarah and Francesco room 405

The property was under construction I didn’t know about that, they didn’t have the courtesy to sent a warning or an email with those details my daughter have asma and well I did have to deal with that, also the a/c was not available for me to control, the heater was extremely hot I did have to turn it off and open the window!!! The location is amazingly beautiful walking distance to a lot of nice places and shops!!!
