The rooms were great and the hotel overall looked very elegant and nice. Unfortunately the biggest flaw of the Hotel are its thin Walls and noisy staff. Almost every night I had to get out of bed and walk to the front desk to ask the staff to be more quiet because we could hear their every word and loud laughter in our room. And hear me out, they didnt just talk to each other, it was more like partying. I have never remotely seen or experienced anything like this. It really ruined our stay since we were tired all the time for a lack of sleep.

+ Lage + Restaurants/Bars/ Supermarkt alles fußläufig erreichbar + schönes Zimmer (2stöckig + Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse) + ansprechendes Design + sauber - Personal: extrem laut in den Abendstunden/in der Nacht! Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und es wurde keinerlei Rücksicht darauf genommen, dass man schlafen möchte. Es wurde lauthals gelacht und man sich über Stunden hinweg unterhalten, als wäre man in einem Jugendtreff (scheinbar war ihnen langweilig). Erst nach einer Beschwerde und dem Schließen einer Zwischentür konnten wir schlafen. - 2 Pagen: die aber leider keiner sichtbaren Arbeit nachgegangen sind, außer sich mit den Damen an der Rezeption zu unterhalten. Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. - Kaffee auf dem Zimmer: Die ersten 2 Kapseln gab es gratis, danach wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt, sondern auf Wunsch für 3€ pro Kapsel hätte man neue gebracht. Bei dem Zimmerpreis ist das Wucher. - Checkout: keine Frage, wie der Aufenthalt war. Im Gegenteil…es wurde nur gefragt, ob wir etwas aus der Minibar genommen haben. Sehr unterkühlt. Fazit: Wir haben ein recht teures Zimmer gebucht, wo man einfach erwartet, dass man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Wie gesagt: das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, das Personal ist aber leider ausbaufähig.
