Amazing service! Front seat staff were very helpful and patient with us not speaking the language. Breakfast service excellent - great selection of bfast items hot and cold along with fresh fruits/juices/teas/coffees

I couldn’t go to the hotel because I was with Covid and I asked to change the date and they said they couldn’t do that because they hadn’t to anymore. I said if there was the possibility to give me the money back and they said no again. When I asked if I had to go they said yes. So that means they don’t care about the clients and their health. Of course I did not go because I am a responsable person and I think about others health.

La habitacion era espaciosa, muy limpia, comoda, con balcon, luminosa, con baño grande, limpio, y con productos de aseo.
El hotel con muy buena ubicacion,parada de bus en la puerta, a minutos andando del barrio gotico.
