The place was great. FYI: It's a one-room (not bedroom) apar**ent with everything needed in an apar**ent to cook - I would think great for an extended stay for a couple or small family with the playground literally right outside the front door. The guy at the front desk was super-professional. The only trick to to this place was the €350 deposit which Trip.com doesn't cover - they do warn you about it in the fine print if you are diligent enough to read it, which I wasn't 😥. So, I had to go to the A**, pull out €350 in cash to give to them which they won't return in cash. They will do an international bank transfer which can be a bit tricky if you don't do many of those. The guy at the desk was apologetic & said he wished it wasn't company policy & now I know why! I have had to go back and forth with their accounting & my bank trying to figure out how to do international bank transfers & I still don't have my €350 in my bank account in Texas now almost a month later.

The location is great, close to the bus stop and metro lines. A step away from the Rambla, the cathedral and also many supermarkets around, bars and restaurants.
We loved it.

It’s very bad. Checking in and taking a taxi in other hotels costs 10 Euros. Isn’t that nonsense? After I checked out, I was deducted dozens of Euros for no reason, yes! *** There was no hot water at night. The cold shower I took was not a bad thing to describe, and the interior was also very simple. A poor travel hotel is not a poor travel price.

The service staff is friendly, the facilities in the apar**ent are the same as the photos, it is easy to use, and the location is very convenient. The bed was good for sleeping, the air conditioning unit was excellent and the heating was adequate.

Nice location, very nice and equipped room. Good shower and very nice that there were enough towels. The reception was good and the temporary storage of luggage upon departure was also very nice. Small note:The standard room does not have cooking facilities. But you don't actually need that. Kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and large refrigerator.
