It was an old, dirty and smelly hotel. I stayed in a similarly priced hotel in Barcelona two weeks ago, and it was noticeably worse than that hotel. The interior feels like an old motel, and the windows are covered, so it's very stuffy. In the bathroom, the smell of sewage continued to rise, probably because the humidity was not managed properly, or because the first floor was the lower floor. The duvet was so old that there were holes in it. There are a lot of Koreans, but I hate it. When I told the reception that it smelled, there was no apology, and they said they would tell the person in charge after checking out.

The only observation is that the wifi signal did not run well and the breakfast was not cheap. For that reason we chose to eat opposite the hotel where we have plenty sandwiches, sweets, coffee and juices to chose. Lucas has been a great help. He provided us with a lot of information and helped us in booking a table at a very good restaurant.

We had a very pleasant experience while we stayed for four days at the Petit Palace Museum, Barcelona, in April 2024. It has a good location, OK breakfast, and very friendly staff. Natalia and Lucas are especially friendly and helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel."

Fantastic location close to the key attractions. Hotel nice. Quiet. Modern. Bathroom big and showers fantastic. Tea facilities only missing milk. Felt really safe as a solo traveller. Best part of the hotel was Natalia who was fantastic! She was so friendly and really helped me. She went over and beyond to book me tickets for key attractions I wanted to go to. Which every hotel had a Natalia as life would be so easier 🥰 Thanks for a fantastic 2 nights stay in Barcelona

Perfect location and good, smallish hotel. I walked easily to and from the airport bus terminal on Placa Catalyuna . It seems equidistant from the Universidad stop and is also near to a metro station. I walked to most of the sightseeing highlights. Staff are friendly and efficient especially Natalie at reception who is a gem. She is so warm and welcoming and I noticed that, when training in a new employee on his first day, she was very positive and encouraging. I felt that she really wanted to help all guests to have a good stay. I was allocated a nice, large room which was quiet with a good view at the back of the hotel. There were some signs of normal wear and tear in the room but nothing of any real concern. It was clean and had a great shower and comfy bed with good quality linen. I slept great. Breakfast was pretty good. Sometimes the coffee machines were not refilled when water ran out. I hope to return.
