スタッフは親切で、清潔です
ただ、スタッフの居る時間には 宿泊客は観光で居ませんので 必要な時には話す事が出来ません
電話でのコンタクトをとることは EU域外のスマホからは 手立てがひつようでした

Es un hotelito muy exclusivo y acogedor, con habitaciones muy limpias. Muy aconsejable, bien situado y en zona tranquila de Barcelona. Está situado en un primer piso con ascensor. Las propietarias son muy amables y serviciales, con trato exquisito. Repetiremos seguro.

Che dire, sembrava di essere a casa di amici di sempre...Pulito, accogliente e comodo al servizio bus. Un grandissimo grazie a Leonor e Rosa ed un enorme grazie a Uriele per la disponibilità ed efficienza nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Insomma, siamo stati BENISSIMO. Bravi, continuate così..!!! He pasado una estancia muy agradable, el personal es muy atento, amable y pendiente de tí las 24 horas del día. El hotel está en una zona muy buena, las camas y almohadas muy mullidas. Me e sentido muy acogida por su ambiente familiar. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

We loved the friendly and knowledable hosts. Comfy and quiet. Just the right distance from the attractions .
Either a quick bus or 20 min walk to some stopping. We hope to visit again

Information was not clear regarding that it wasn’t really a hotel and instead it was a hostel. Also not clear that toilet was outside of the room. I didn’t stay and had to book a different hotel late that night. I’ve tried to get back my money because of this and no one at ******* is able to help me with this. I’m tired of not having solutions with ******* when a problem occurs. It’s really disappointing and will share my experience with all my networks and won’t be using your app anymore if I don’t get a solution shortly.
