The facilities looked too old for a 5 star hotel. Even the coffee machine was too dirty so I had to wash it many times b4 I used it. The stains were hard to get off.. Locationwise, Its a little away from the main area. It wasnt too bad. The staffs were nice but next time if I visit Barcelona, I would stay at a hotel close to pl. catalunya where the airport bus stops. It was tiring to carry my luggage all the way to the bus station 🫠

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.

En peu sur la critique au début, la chambre pas très grande, piscine avec obligation de réservation pour les transat, je ne peux en partent que mettre 5 étoiles et même plus si je pouvais pour la gentillesse et la compétence de l’équipe ❤️ un grand merci à la réception qui a géré le malaise de ma fille et un grand bravo à l’équipe de la piscine pour sa compréhension.
