Honestly the room and the view is nice. But I had an unpleasant experience, when I book online I didn’t notice i book it under one person, when I check in with my boyfriend and the reception told us so we paid city tax for 2 person, we paid in cash and didn’t ask for invoice. On the day we check out, the other stuff insist we only pay city tax for 1 person and charge us again. I don’t know for what reason they didn’t update the system, it’s not professional and we been charged one more time. I recommend ask for invoice in everything u have paid.

Lack or manpower slow service.

Can see la sagrada familia from the room window. Also the terrace is open to hotel guests without the need for reservations. Clean room and amazing location!

Excellent location, near Metro by 5 mins, can view ‘Sagrada Familia’ in the room or at the roof. The room quite small, and the double bed is too soft.

Really good location. Easy to get around the city. We got a room with the view of Sagrada Familia. Room is okay size. A bit tight with big luggages. The roof top bar is amazing to chill out in the evening.

I have proposed to my girlfriend at the rooftop area of the hotel. The staff there are very helpful and the service is excellent. I will definitely revisit the hotel when I go to Barcelona again!

One of the most suitable place for tourist to stay. Nice staff, clean room and easy to move around Barcelona from sagrada familia metro station just behind de hotel 2min walk

It's good. The location is big enough and the room is very clean and tidy. I arrived quite late, so I didn’t take any photos of the Sagrada Familia at sunset. But still I also went up to the terrace to take pictures in the morning. I will choose to stay longer next time if I have the chance.

The terrace is really great and a great place to check out the Sagrada Familia. The room is clean and the service staff has a good attitude. There is no need to make a reservation or spend money to go to the terrace after checking in.

The facilities are really poor. It costs 2k a night to stay in early November. It’s not worth it. I live on a terrace.

I saw the terrace in Xiaohongshu and wanted to book this hotel. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that the terrace tables were fully booked within seven days, but guests could have a quota to enjoy this privilege. So I booked this hotel for two nights. The space is a bit small, but you can really enjoy the beauty of the church directly from the window. The hygiene is a bit dirty. The hot drying wall hanging is full of dust. I didn’t pay attention and my clothes were stained. . The decoration inside the room is a bit old and mottled. The advantage is that it is relatively close to the Sagrada Familia. The front desk service attitude is very good, but the efficiency is a bit too Spanish.

I was looking forward to using the bar on the terrace, but it was booked for private use that day and I couldn't use it.
