Great location and near the church. Be prepared to hear the bell rings every quarter hour through the day and night. It maybe annoying for some whom need total silent to sleep at night. However , the room with terrace is awesome and can have drinking session for some private moments.

Booked this room for the start of our honeymoon and it did not dissapoint. Staff if extremely friendly and accommodating as well. Rooms and terrace were clean and beautiful. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel or a short cab ride.

From check in to check out this hotel was a fabulous experience. Alex at the front desk took exceptional care of us. We arrived on my daughter’s 7th birthday and I exchanged a few emails with him prior to our arrival and he had a balloon happy birthday waiting in the room when we checked in. Such a wonderful touch and made my daughter feel special so a big thank you for that. Rooftop pool and drinks were good and breakfast was good. We only stayed two nights but made the most of our time with this hotel close to the tourist attractions.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in the Gothic district. Friendly staff overall. Davide graciously helped us to our room and showed us some amenities. Stayed two days after our cruise finished. 4/5 given because our key card wouldn’t work after many many tries. Second day davide said he would have maintenance check and later when we returned it worked. Also didn’t get the coffee and creamers we asked for so I went down to get some and waited at the desk for ten minutes and was told someone would bring them up. Didn’t get them. and the next morning the concierge said she couldn’t get them to us because she was the only one there. Later the concierge gave me what i needed! Overall good experience and would recommend.

This place was beautiful but currently has a horrible smell in the lobby. The hotel overall was great, but do have to mention that my wife and I were told by a phone call that we were being to noisy (from our room next door) when we were only have a conversation at a low normal level. It was very weird as we normally are very quiet people and rarely talk loud or on phones in hotels like this. Just simply pointing out that the walls are thin.

I LOVE Catalonia Catedral Hotel Everything about this hotel is wonderful. I upgraded while checking in,,, it was well worth it. The staff are amazing and the hotel is across from one of the best restaurants,, Cercle. The beautiful Cathedral is right there too.. This hotel s a treasure.

Beautiful room: the bed was very comfortable and there was no street noise. The staff were so helpful. The location is wonderful. Due to jet lag, we woke very early and went for a stroll. We had the plaza just to ourselves (plus the wedding photographers). We only had three nights in Barcelona and need to come back: when we do we will book here again

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. There is a bar/restaurant located in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is amazing - so many choices, high quality food. The serving staff and front desk staff are all incredibly friendly. The best part is the pool, deck and bar located off the 4th floor. It was a great place to catch our breath after busy days of sight-seeing.
