I have to be honest, reading some reviews I had very poor expectations... I changed my mind😊
The hostel is very pleasant, friendly staff, TOP location, everything close and within reach, you can reach almost all the attractions of Barcelona on foot

It was good but rooms were very cold. They just provided a very think sheet to pul over in the night with one pillow.

Management did not rectify wifi issue. No WiFi was available during the stay in early June 2023, sigh for being unable to get the basic right as a hostel. Frontline staff were also helpless on this.
Hostel provides luggage storage at charge of €2.

The facilities were just average, and it was very inconvenient because there was no kitchen for backpackers to cook.
Breakfast was a bit more expensive than other hostels.
And when you store your backpack, you charge a fee, not a service.

It's old and it's dirty and noisy because it's in the Gothic Quarter. Not only the street noise, but the dormitory kids are very noisy until dawn.
The bed is made of steel, so it is very reverberant. No mattress

I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. On our first night, my friend was getting ready at the sink and was slightly leaning against the sink when the whole thing came crashing down. This was due to proper installation and one of us could have easily been injured. We went to tell the front desk who said we would talk to management before receiving a charge, but 10 minutes later my card got charged. I tried to contact management numerous times and never got a response. We also had a maintenance worker walk into our room unannounced at 9am, while there were 5 girls asleep in our room which were very uncomfortable with. These experiences overall really negatively effected our weekend and the rest of our stay here.

Péssima experiência. Fizemos reserva de 23 a 25 de fevereiro, no dia anterior ao da entrada falamos via WTS a informar que chegaríamos muito tarde, mas informaram que estaria 24h/24h na receção. Quando chegamos, fomos atendidos por um funcionário de origem brasileira, que inicialmente não quis falar connosco em português, para ajudar fomos informados que não tínhamos qualquer reserva, e que conseguiam arranjar estadia apenas para aquela noite mas posteriormente não poderiam fazer nada. Conclusão, tivemos que arranjar um sitio para ficar de ultima hora com valores excessivos.
