DO NOT BOOK - I reserved this place for 1 week, and was unable to make the first night due to a flight delay, as a result they sold the room for the remainder of the week with no such offer of relocation across any of their properties and no refund of any of the nights booked. This is unheard of in the industry and is highly unethical.

It's very big. It's strange that it has four cement walls but poor sound insulation.
Things that should be changed every day, such as toilet paper and towels, were not changed for us. We stayed for 4 days. We had to go to the supermarket to buy toilet paper ourselves.

We had booked a room with four single beds through Booking for a work trip. When we arrived, the person at the reception told us that the room only had 2 single beds and a sofa bed. For more than an hour we were trying to find a solution with Booking and the person at the reception. After more than an hour (from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.) we went up to the room to see what it was like and it turned out that it had a double bed and two single beds. Despite it not being what we had booked, we decided to stay, but the service was terrible, since the person at the reception had no idea what the apartment was like, he was bothering us for more than an hour without being decisive. In my company we travel a lot to Barcelona and the office is next to these apartments, but from now on I am going to notify everyone of the bad experience so that no one stays here again.

Nice apartment fully equipped with all needed appliances. The apartment is very close to the metro station. Small apartment inclusive of small furnished kiitchen, dining table and sofa bed. It also includes a washing machine with hangers.

We spent 3 nights in the duplex with our 2 children aged 7 and 9. Everything went well. The apartment was clean, the bathroom could be refreshed and cleaned more thoroughly. We could hear people leaving a bar or a nightclub at night, the windows are not well insulated and we could hear the next-door neighbors coming in at night! This is the negative side that I can mention. Other than that, the person at the reception was very nice and gave us good information about Barcelona. The duplex can be “dangerous” for families with small children because the guardrail is not suitable for small children.
