DO NOT BOOK - I reserved this place for 1 week, and was unable to make the first night due to a flight delay, as a result they sold the room for the remainder of the week with no such offer of relocation across any of their properties and no refund of any of the nights booked. This is unheard of in the industry and is highly unethical.

Wir konnten an einem Abend nicht ins Zimmer, weil die Karten nicht funktionierten. Telefonisch haben wir nicht sofort jemand erreicht. Als nach einer viertel Stunde die Telefonate geklappt haben, ging es 25 min. bis die Karten mit einer Taxi bei uns eintrafen.
Es gab auch noch bei anderen Gästen an diesem Abend das gleiche Problem. Bei uns im Schlaffzimmer stellte immer wieder das Klima sich aus. Als sie uns geklärt hatten, das Problem sei gelöst, war dies leider nicht der Fall. Die Mitarbeiter am Reception waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It is not a bad location: it is about 3 minutes to the subway station and 10 minutes to get to the beach. That's about all the advantages of this hotel. Much more about disadvantages: most ******* self-check-in procedure I've ever met (you have to pass it in another hotel in another part of the city), you must read intently the hotel's conditions not to be extra charged, a combination of iron furniture + cement floor will give you unforgettable squeaking sounds, window in the toilet that allows everyone to admire your profile sitting on the toilet, bloody cold floor, etc. So if you have a chance, look for another hotel.

Habíamos reservado una habitación con cuatro camas individuales a través de Booking para un viaje de trabajo. Cuando llegamos, la persona de la recepción nos dijo que la habitación solo tenía 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama. Durante más de una hora estuvimos intentando buscar una solución con Booking y la persona de la recepción. Después de más de una hora (desde las 23:30 hasta las 00:30) subimos a la habitación para ver cómo era y resulta que tenía una cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales. A pesar de no ser lo que habíamos reservado, decidimos quedarnos, pero la atención fue pésima, ya que la persona de la recepción no tenía ni idea de cómo era el apartamento, nos estuvo mareando durante más de una hora sin ser resolutivo. En mi empresa viajamos bastante a Barcelona y la oficina está al lado de estos apartamentos, pero a partir de ahora voy a avisar a todos de la mala experiencia para que nadie vuelva a aloj**** aquí.

Appartement sympa, spacieux et confortable. Mais ATTENTION : prévoir les boules quies face à l’irrespect latent dans les parties communes toute la nuit….. Propreté relative de la sdb et de la pièce à vivre.
