Lenin Hostel Barcelona

Stayed here for 4 nights ( Aug 2018) when we visited my daughter who was living in Barca at the time. Hidden little place but very central to all landmarks within walking distance. Room was very clean and we had access to a shared kitchen area which was well stocked if you wanted to cook something. The room also had an aircon/dehumidifier which was brilliant as it was soo hot there and the staff were on hand 247 to assist if needed. They even took us back to the airport at short notice as our taxi cancelled. Had a little balcony that over looked the street which was nice to just sit and watch the world go by. Barcelona is a fab place and if you want a cheaper place to stay then this is certainly a very pleasant option. It gave us more spending money in a fairly expensive city which suited us. Will definitely return here if we go back to Barca. Lots of local supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance and a few streets away from La Rambla
