酒店地段很好。房間有兩個落地窗。層高三米以上。房間優雅舒服。酒店接待的桌上有塊牌子寫着希望提高水平。我建議，更換浴缸和淋浴房的龍頭。洗澡放水太小了。還有馬桶按鈕需要一直按，才能沖乾淨，這也可以改進。

Établissement bien placé,
Nous avions la suite principale de l établissement avec piscine et terrasse au dernier étage .
Néanmoins le standing reste très loin d un 5 étoiles
Manque visible de personnel . Celui présent sur place fait ce qu il peut mais c est insuffisant
Nous n avons même pas été salués lors de notre départ là seule réceptionniste présente étant au téléphone…
À notre arrivée notre piscine privée n avait pas été nettoyée
Et la place réale et donc la terrasse sont envahies de pigeons .
La maintenance de l ascenseur est faite aux heures de petit déjeuner obligeant les clients à descendre à pied.
En dehors de ces désagréments , le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner très sympathique et la literie très confortable.
Dernier point mitigé
Les solutions de stationnement proposés par l hôtel sont lointaines, et l accès à pied peu sécurisant.
Dès sdf dorment sous les voûtes de l accès à l établissement et y stockent leurs affaires, encore une fois du jamais vu dans un 5* …

We loved this hotel! We arrived after a long red eye flight and were greeted by Facundo and Roberto in the lobby, who were so kind and helpful that we instantly felt glad to have chosen this hotel. Our room was clean and lovely! This hotel is perfectly situated in a fun and central area, easily walkable to all our favorite parts of Barcelona, and the rooms are quiet. The rooftop is such a nice touch, where we can sit to drink cocktails with a gorgeous view of the plaza. When we checked out the manager helped us to acquire a taxi and helped bringing our bags out to the car. The staff were warm and professional and made everything easy and comfortable. My partner and I pass through Barcelona several times a year and we've found our new place to stay!

Fantastic stay, we loved the room and the view of the plaza. There was just an issue with a flickering bathroom light, and a light not working outside the door to our room. Small issues with a great hotel.

I am not sure why this property is rated so high. They have very unorganized reception and the beds are very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

This hotel was lovely. The staff can’t do enough to help, the rooms are lovely, with a large bathroom with tub and separate walk in shower. We didn’t eat here but the food looked great. Nice rooftop bar too. Would definitely recommend
