Before my trip, I compared many hotels and ultimately chose this one for its excellent location and convenient transportation. I was a bit apprehensive before checking in, as I'd seen some negative reviews. However, after returning from my trip, I can give the overall experience a perfect score. First, the front desk and all the staff were very friendly. My English isn't great, and there were times during check-in when I didn't understand everything, but the front desk agents were patient and waited for me to use my translation app 😅. During my stay, I bought wine to drink in my room every day. Even though there wasn't a corkscrew in the room, the bartender at the hotel's rooftop bar was super nice and helped me open it. Second, the location is truly fantastic. There are three subway lines within 200 meters of the entrance, and the area is bustling with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Finally, the hygiene was excellent. A special thank you to the cleaning staff shown in the picture, who noticed my note in the room and cleaned according to my requests. A comfortable hotel is crucial for any trip, and because I chose this one, my Barcelona trip was almost perfect. Small but perfectly formed.
It's right in the heart of downtown. Two out of the three department stores are right next door, and there's a subway station across the street. Most luxury brands are clustered nearby, and my favorite bakery is also in the vicinity.
We booked three rooms, and all three were quite dark. I'd say it's decent value for money, but if you're looking for a luxurious stay, that's not going to happen here.

We flew to Barcelona from our home country that day, arriving at the hotel around 11:00 AM. We originally planned to just drop off our luggage and wait for the official check-in time. However, the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early, which was absolutely fantastic! Despite my limited English, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patiently assisting me and explaining the check-in process. The room was very clean and quite spacious. It's a shame I didn't take any photos of it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended!
