It was a very disappointing experience. The hotel service is not even one star and it feels that’s it is not respecting customers at all. Reply was super slow, manager don’t care about the customer even there is a feedback and complain. Most surprising is that there are bugs in the hotel room. Concierge forgot our room number when we dropped things to deliver to our room.

This was the worst experience I had in a five star hotel ever. 本人住過不少5星酒店，但這真是非常不能接受

Great thanks to Jonathan and Jorge for a great attitude and service. The breakfast could have a bit more vegetarian and healthy alternatives 😀 The rooms are nice and clean 👍🏼 The bar is beautiful and the drinks were delicious 😋 Rooftop and location are superb.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were all amazing, and so helpful. Javier was extremely helpful and recommended a Flamenco show at a beautiful theatre. He helped with all the arrangements and my mum and I had a wonderful time. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is up there with the best of them. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona. ❤️

Las habitaciones son verdaderamente impresionantes. Cada una está diseñada con un estilo muy moderno y minimalista, usando muebles de diseño de muy buena calidad. Es único en el hecho que no hay otro hotel que aporte una experiéncia tan acogedora sin dejar de banda las últimas tecnologias. El personal del hotel merece una mención especial por su atención impecable y su servicio amable y profesional. Desde el momento en que llegas, te hacen sentir como en casa y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites.

De todos los hoteles de la cadena Melia en los que he estado puedo decir que ha sido de lo mejor con diferencia, la cultura del detalle, la excelencia del servicio, su personal atento y agradable desde los mozos, recepción, gex, pisos y camareros hicieron de estas vacaciones un momento único. Siempre estuvieron pendientes para una sugerencia oportuna, así como hacer del cumpleaños de mi marido una experiencia inolvidable. Excellent smaller hotel with great location. Right by las ramblas but few blocks away so its definitely in a great neighborhood. very safe. right around the corner from shopping food and many popular sites. Hotel was clean and nice, staff was nice and friendly. We opted for breakfast which was nice, would have loved more vegan friendly dishes but there was enough for us and they did mention they would make something if we requested something special. I would definitely staff here again. the bartenders to the check in desk staff were all wonderful.

La localización es perfecta, nos resultó super fácil movernos a todas partes. La habitación muy amplia y las comodidades tal y como se espera de Meliá, nada malo que decir! El equipo maravilloso, en especial la atención de Maya que no pudo recibirnos mejor explicándonos con muchísima empatía y ofreciéndonos su disponibilidad durante toda la estancia. Mil gracias!

Todo Perfecto. Desde que bajamos del taxi cada detalle hizo de nuestra estadía una inolvidable. Javier Fernández Casanova me hizo sentir como en mi casa, una felicitación especial para él. Todo el personal de lujo, los chicos de la entrada siempre atentos y amorosos. El desayuno y Restaurants súper completos y con opciones para los que nos gusta comer exquisito y saludable. Las instalaciones del hotel son inmejorables, las habitaciones de lujo, y la limpieza 100 puntos. Es un hotel que cuida los detalles. Agradezco las propuestas culturales y artísticas del hotel, arte en todos sus espacios. Un placer haberme hospedado en ME Barcelona! Volveré sin dudas muy pronto!
