Registration at the hotel is electronic, not everything worked out the first time.

It was a nightmare. I stayed here this time because I had stayed here a few years ago. At that time, because the apartment was still together with Murmuri, I had to check in at the front desk of Murmuri Hotel. This time, I went to the hotel front desk to check in and was told that it had been separated from the apartment and was now two companies. Then I ran to the apartment directly, and the nightmare began from the moment I checked in. First of all, it is a serviced apartment. The front desk is as shown in the picture, and it is basically completely self-service. Because the machine is broken half of the time. There is a phone at the front desk, saying that if there is a problem, call, and no one answered. There are 5 of us in our group, and we tried passports back and forth, and manually entered information and tried various names separately, but it didn't work. Fortunately, the front desk came to work at that time, yes, at noon. Helped us register at the front desk, changed some information, and we could check in on the machine to get the room card. But we found that the room was located on the second floor near the garbage room. Two rooms, we asked the front desk why it was not the room with balcony that we had booked before, and we were told that it was full. Tip, this older woman is the most unreasonable and arrogant I have ever met in Spain. After I checked in, I contacted Ctrip and said the room type did not match. Ctrip’s customer first replied that the rooms were full, but after I checked myself, I found that there were rooms available. After I booked a room with a free refund, the other party said that we could change the room. . . . . But it would take 3 days, fine. We were working in the first few days, so we just slept at night, and it would be nice if we could change the room in the next two nights. At the critical moment, Ctrip is still reliable. If you meet such a foreigner, you will be really angry to death. The real nightmare began. On the third day, when we checked out at 11 o'clock to change the room (other Spanish hotels check out at 12 o'clock, I don't know why he always checks in at 11 o'clock), we were told that we could leave our luggage here, but the new room must be checked in after 3 o'clock. No problem, we left the luggage and went out shopping. We came back at 5 o'clock in the evening and checked in on the machine according to the prompts, but the prompt information was wrong. . . . There were all kinds of problems again. . . . I started to call the front desk, but no one answered. . . . We contacted Ctrip at the same time. Ctrip tried for a long time and said that it couldn't contact the other hotel either. . . . It was estimated that after more than 5 hours of trying, no one answered the phone! ! ! ! ! ! We didn't have any clothes to wash or change, and the shops here were closed after 10 o'clock in the evening. . . . . . . The only thing to be thankful for was that Ctrip was still responsible and helped us find a nearby hotel. The four of us stayed there for one night. The next morning, Ctrip notified us that they had contacted the other hotel. They would go to work at 9 o'clock, and someone would receive us and help us check in at the hotel. Because we were in a hurry to get our luggage back (a friend needed to take medicine regularly every day), and we didn't have any power on us, we came to the front desk early at 9 o'clock and waited for more than an hour. The older receptionist came in arrogantly with coffee. The most hateful thing is that she didn't admit that there was a problem with the phone and said that she had never received a call. I took the photos and videos I took when communicating with Ctrip, and also my local friends in Spain and the hotel where I stayed temporarily helped me call all their official contact numbers, but I couldn't connect. Only then did she say sorry? ? ? ! ! ! It's terrible. Self-service check-in. If there is any problem, they won't answer the phone and can't be contacted. It's a nightmare! ! !

It's not the same place as where you placed the order, so you need to walk some distance. The old house is located in the city center, with many restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. The various equipment in the room were not easy to use, the bath water was mediocre, and various supplies were lacking.

The location is very good, only a few dozen meters to La Pedrera, and only a few dozen meters to the nearest subway station, which is 2 stops away from the main entrance of the Sagrada Familia. The room is spacious and the facilities are clean. It is worth choosing again.
