Great hostel, beautifull rooftop, clean rooms, top location and very friendly people at the front desk that will help you with your questions. They will keep your luggage safe before check in so you can already go and enjoy yourself without being bothered by your luggage. Dorms have big lockers that will fit all your stuff. Very professional.

Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible management. If you are thinking to travel to Barcelona, please not consider this place or you´ll never forget Barcelona but for a different way, you stay, and not the beatiful city it really is. Forget it!

It was good, we felt safe and met several people there from all over the world. It has a great location and the staff is really nice. The place is cleaned once a day. I’d recommend for solo travelers as it is easy to make friends, the location is great, it is safe and the staff is nice.

Es un sitio que no volveré nunca más, esta todo dejado, se nota la poca limpieza y el cuidado del sitio, las camas hacen ruido las sábanas socias y con manchas de sangre diria jo, más pelos y mala olor, 2 lavabos y 2 dutxas para tanta gente, las dutxas muy sucias i abandonadas, la cocina es por no entrar, la teraza se ve bonita ya que hemos subido de noche y estaba todo oscuro, sin la mínima seguritat mucho ruido, el positivo es el trato de los chicos de la recepción y la tasca que esta abajo que se come súper bien y buena música

Independientemente del alojamiento (normal, nada positivo a destacar), se produjo un conflicto injustificable con la recepción que fuimos incapaces de manejar dialogando y nos obligó a llamar a las fuerzas del orden. La recepcionista no quería admitir la reserva que habíamos hecho (y habían cobrado) sin explicar el motivo, que tenía que tener algo que ver con la edad o la nacionalidad de la persona que reservó, puesto que todo era correcto. Ante la actitud agresiva de esta recepcionista, sin conseguir que nos explicase el motivo y sin que nos facilitase tampoco el libro de reclamaciones, decidimos llamar a los Mossos d'Esquadra, que confirmaron que todo era correcto, que tenían que aceptar la reserva e incluso nos animaron a poner una denuncia. Aún no hemos decidido si lo haremos, porque eso no nos ahorrará el momento desagradable que vivimos. Por este motivo, para ahorraros que vuestra estancia de Barcelona se inicie con mal sabor de boca, os recomendamos escoger otro alojamiento :-)

Bastante desagradable. No toman absolutamente ninguna medida de seguridad sanitaria. Ni el personal usaba mascarillas ni había correcta ventilación porque varias ventanas permanecían cerradas. Una vez incluso cerraron todas las ventanas de la cocina para prender el aire acondicionado. También era muy sucio. Hay basura (mascarillas, latas, botellas, empaques de comida y hasta ropa interior) detrás de las camas y dentro de los lockers. Los inodoros los encontré varias veces sin bajar, algunos incluso con excremento. Alguien también se tomó dos jugos que había dejado en la nevera. En dos ocasiones me quejé con el personal pero no les importó en absoluto. Quite unpleasant. They take absolutely no health security measures. Neither staff wore masks nor was there proper ventilation because several windows remained closed. Once they even closed all the windows in the kitchen to turn on the air conditioning. It was also very dirty. There is garbage (masks, cans, bottles, food packaging and even underwear) behind the beds and inside the lockers. The toilets I found several times without being flushed down, some even with poop. Someone also drank two juices that I had left in the fridge. On two occasions I complained to the staff but they did not care at all.

Everything was going great. when I returned to the hostel, the card did not allow me to enter the room, it turns out that they had done a check-in on the place that I was staying. surprise my things were not in the locker, it was with another insurance. First they should call the person who occupies the space, call him for his belongings. Second, my Check-out was for the other day. Answer there are no more beds because everything is reserved... ¿Cómo explicar brevemente el TERRIBLE RATO QUE NOS HICIERON PASAR? - Para empezar, NOS COBRARON INDEBIDAMENTE LA ESTADÍA ENTERA antes de la llegada al lugar (primera mentira, ya que supuestamente te cobraban en el momento). - Se lavaron las manos, echándole la culpa a HostelWorld, cuando el cobro figuraba a su nombre (segunda mentira). - Por más que fue su error, NO QUISIERON SOLUCIONARLO, diciendo que era "imposible hacer un reembolso", tan solo nos ofrecieron un voucher. Lo aceptamos, porque igual lo precisábamos. - El futuro huésped venía desde Uruguay, y tuvo la mala suerte de coger Covid en Brasil. Por tanto, aplazamos la estadía. Y pedimos un cambio en la reserva... - Vale destacar que a todo esto, la comunicación por teléfono era casi imposible, ya que LOS EMPLEADOS DEMOSTRABAN TOTAL INUTILIDAD E INEPTITUD ANTE LOS INCONVENIENTES. - Irónicamente, NI SIQUIERA LA ENCARGADA SE HACÍA CARGO; el chico de limpieza fue el único que se preocupó por nuestro caso... - JAMÁS NOS ENVIARON LA CONFIRMACIÓN DE LA RESERVA, por más que prometían que lo harían, y la necesitábamos para presentar en aduana (más y más MENTIRAS e IRRESPONSABILIDADES). Tan solo nos enviaron un recibo del pago. - Para rematar, mi cuñado llega a España, y al pasar por control policial, cuando intentan llamar al Hostel para corroborar la reserva, resulta que EL NÚMERO PROPORCIONADO EN LA FACTURA ERA FALSO! - Por esta razón, LE DENEGARON LA ENTRADA AL PAÍS y lo devolvieron para el suyo. Unos INCONSCIENTES y una FALTA DE RESPETO, además de EVASORES DE LEY. - INDIGNADOS, ENGAÑADOS y ESTAFADOS, a esa altura del partido. - Para colmo, a pesar de su GRAVE INFRACCIÓN LEGAL (una factura con datos fiscales erróneos), no nos querían devolver el dinero de la estadía... sí, el que ellos habían cobrado mal desde un principio). Tuvimos que insistir e incluso amenazarles en persona con denunciarlos. - Lo mínimo que pedíamos era el reembolso, siendo que podríamos haberlo tomado a mayores, por la GRAVEDAD DE SUS ACCIONES. - LAS MENTIRAS NUNCA TERMINARON, ya que ponían como excusa que el pago demoraría porque "era internacional", cuando nosotros habíamos pagado con una tarjeta del mismo país!, UNOS DESCARADOS. - Lo peor es que, NI SIQUIERA NOS DEVOLVIERON TODO EL DINERO. - EL DAÑO QUE GENERARON FUE TOTALMENTE IRRESPONSABLE, INCONSCIENTE Y MUY INJUSTO, POR SU CULPA, MI CUÑADO NO PUDO ENTRAR AL PAÍS. Así que, NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ, NI RESERVEN, PORQUE LES ROBAN EN LA CARA. Además, si la RECEPCIÓN estaba así de SUCIA Y DESCUIDADA, no quiero ni imaginar el resto del recinto. Por lo que leo en las demás reseñas, NI SE DIGNAN A HIGIENIZAR o reponer los elementos básicos, así que menos mal que no se tuvo que hospedar allí. Ah, y olvídate de la seguridad sanitaria, NI MASCARILLAS, NI GEL... PREVENCIÓN NINGUNA. JAMÁS TUVIMOS UNA EXPERIENCIA TAN NEFASTA COMO ESTA.
