The worst thing, I made a reservation for a 4-bedroom apar**ent. Upon arrival we found a gloomy portal, full of dust and without easy access for people with mobility problems. Although we had paid, they canceled our reservation without warning, the owner confirmed that the WhatsApp I had had been sent by her but that we did not have a reservation. Nobody opened the door for us, other supposed guests opened the door for us. The person at the goal, because they don't have reception or anything like that, unreceptive, to the point of rudeness. They had clearly given our reservation to someone who paid more. After 40 minutes waiting without anyone assisting us, we left. A real shame

rude staff, not at all welcoming and unhelpful… never a greeting or a smile. for the rest the apar**ent was acceptable, located a few meters from the metro; even if the structure of the apar**ent was poorly organised.

Unhelpful manager who made us feel like we were a nuisance to her in wanting to check in . There was no hot water most of the 4 days we were there and minima tepid water . The toilet room was so small you could barely sit down and I am small. The apar**ent was roomy and Very clean
