We were this weekend in room 303, a spacious and clean room with a large bed and bathtub so far everything was great... During the early morning while we were sleeping we woke up startled by a strange noise and movement of the bed, the leg of the bed had bent sinking the central part of the bed. The next morning we found the 'gentleman', if you can call him that, from reception, to whom we told what had happened, he came into the room, looked at us with a bad face and started laughing out loud, which was very annoying and uncomfortable, we kept quiet. for not having problems. The man tells us that he can change our room without any problem, he offers us a room (301), he leaves the room mocking us and telling the case to the cleaning girls in the next room. We entered the room that had been offered to us and left the door open so that we could change things and we saw that it was a room with a 135 cm bed (small for us) so we decided to go down to the reception and tell the receptionist about it, asking him if it couldn't be It was possible that they repaired the leg since the room they had given us had a very small bed. He responded very angrily to us that all the beds were the same, yelling at us, and we exploded and we told him that it was enough to make fun of us, first by ridiculing us in the room and now by telling us that the beds were the same and in bad ways, he began to treat us terribly and tell us that If we accused him of being homophobic, we were all the same and we looked for problems, and if we were very men, we would go out and beat each other in the street, there were no cameras. I have to say that at no time did we allude to our sexual orientation but after the phrase you are all the same we already understood what the problem was. We went up to the room we decided not to ruin our weekend so we asked that the room not be cleaned and we left. When we left the hotel the man kept saying I hope we see each other on the street as men, I really want to see you, to which I responded we will see each other in court. The next night we slept with the mattress on the floor and that was solved. I would appreciate it if the hotel manager contacted us because he said that the person responsible for everything there was the receptionist.

Aparthotel very well located, 5 minutes from the metro station and 2 steps from the bus stop. Many bars, restaurants and mini markets in this quiet area. Very clean hotel, large room, comfortable bed, bathroom with a large bathtub and kitchenette area ideal for cooking or reheating a small dish when you don't want to go out for dinner or to have breakfast. Very large room with well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed as well as pillows. Although it was hot the air conditioning worked perfectly and always made the room cool. Also the large bathroom with window and bidet. Also noteworthy is the cleaning that was performed daily. The free internal parking is very convenient. The area, even if it is practically popular, is excellent, as the Badal metro is less than 5 minutes away on foot from which you can reach the nerve centers of the city. Camp Nou, on the other hand, is just over 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot. Mention also for the staff who were always helpful and very courteous. The only thing a bit inconvenient is that the internal garage closes at 11pm so if you want to park in the evening you have to come back before 11pm. If I go back to Barcelona I will definitely stay here again.
