We had a confirmed apartment for 3 people and were given a room with a double bed.
There was no possibility of changing rooms or getting an extra bed.
We were under pressure to find another hotel that same night.
We were promised that we would get our money refunded.
We have not yet received a refund. Not even the deposit.
The check-in employee tried very hard but everything else doesn't seem to be working.

Good location, close to Aerobus stop from airport, close to metro station. Close to supermarkets, cafe and eateries.
Only issue was it can get loud at night as the road is busy

Very well located. Well soundproofed. Comfortable mattress. On the other hand, it would be good to specify that there is no elevator. Our apar**ent was on the 5th and it was difficult for our more physically limited friends.
We had to take a few showers with cold water, the hot water tank was half functioning, despite us notifying those in charge.
