hotel over 2/3 floors built over a modern shopping centre. ultra efficient, compact rooms with everything except hair dryer which needs to be requested. reception not always staffed but they claim covered 24 hrs a day. lift to all floors low steps at entrance.

The hotel has a good location, and the service staff is very helpful, however the room is very uncomfortable and needs renovation. The bed and pillows are bad, the balcony door doesn't open, it's warped, the bathroom is obsolete and doesn't have the slightest security for guests to take a shower.

The room was very small - the shower moint was broken. The shower base didn’t drain well so we had to turn the flow off so it didn’t flood. Service was exceptional - good breakfast - tea service on request.
