Che dire…era la seconda volta che ci recavamo in questa struttura, sempre con il pacchetto completo contenente anche la spa. Questa volta la vasca di acqua calda ha avuto un problema e non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa il sabato pomeriggio. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception e con nostra grande sorpresa il signor Dino ci ha dato l’opportunità di usufruire della spa il giorno seguente, assicurandoci anche il late check out. Ci ha poi offerto un aperitivo buonissimo, un gigantesco spritz!! Il giorno dopo la spa era perfetta: pulita calda, accogliente. Il direttore ci ha inoltre omaggiato dello sconto del 10%. Sono stati bravissimi perché gli errori possono capitare ma non ho mai trovato una struttura che riparasse in maniera così efficiente. A questo si aggiunge la pulizia delle stanze impeccabile, la colazione ottima e il letto comodissimo. Il tutto sotto il forte di Bard, per tanto anche un panorama mozzafiato. Un sogno… noi saremo sempre vostri clienti. Bravi. Bravi Bravi

Posso solo affermare che è stato tutto perfetto. Personale dalla rec al ristorante professionale e gentile, ristorante, spa e camere eccellenti. Sicuramente consigliato e sicuramente tornerò a visitare questo piccolo gioiello che e’ Bard

Arrivati in hotel venerdì 22/09 a tarda notte, rassicurati dal receptionist nel pomeriggio che la reception fosse aperta 24h e che la camera fosse prenotata, già clienti da qualche mese, ci viene negato l’accesso alla stanza: tutte occupate. Una sola disponibile, non preparata. Secondo conversazione telefonica, l’hotel aveva una stanza disponibile per venerdì notte e non per sabato, arrivati in hotel invece ci viene comunicata disponibilità per sabato notte e non per venerdì. Nessuna colpa del receptionist notturno, che comunque non ha avuto particolare riguardo nè ad aiutarci a capire dove andare alle 2 di notte e nè a scusarsi - della disponibilità per la notte seguente ce ne facevamo ben poco… Da nostro hotel preferito per la sua posizione (prezzi comunque troppo alti per la qualità dell’offerta, l’ultima volta una camera di livello più alto era poi più piccola del solito) si è trasformato in un incubo. Gli intoppi possono accadere, tutto sta in come vengono gestiti. Darei 5 alle donne dell’hotel, super professionali e gentili. Purtroppo a mai più.

Super hôtel, personnel très sympathique, accueillant et très profissionel. Très bon petit déjeuner, je vous conseille de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bonne cuisine et conseils de vins parfait. Le spa et très bien et on a eu un massage relaxant très agréable. Si vous voyagéz avec votre chien il sera très bien accueilli. Les chambres sont très bien, en résumé tout a été parfait pour notre séjour de 5 nuits.

In ottima posizione, l'hotel è gestito con cortesia e gentilezza dal personale. L'attenzione e la cura anche ai minimi dettagli che fa la differenza. Ottima a dir poco la colazione, comode silenziose e ben tenute le stanze, piacevole la possibilità di utilizzare la spa, decisamente consigliato anche solo per un weekend (nel mio caso il weekend coincideva con il mio compleanno ed è stato davvero un ottimo modo di festeggiare)

Charmant hôtel atypique que nous avons découvert grâce à Qoqa. Belle chambre spacieuse, au calme, personnel très sympathique, le petit déjeuner et repas du soir parfait. Le parking du Fort à quelques minutes vraiment pas cher! Bonne situation au début de la charmante rue pavée qui nous amène au Fort.

Bel hôtel atypique à flan de montagne matériaux nobles bois pierre naturelle chambre mansardée beau parquet vue rivière salle de bains un peu petite et mauvais éclairage. Bon acceuil restaurant excellent et quel spa ! Magnifique et propre. Seul bémol le parking inexistant à l hôtel il faut se stationner plus loin et peu de places.

L albergo è molto carino , curato nei particolari , caldo ed accogliente . La spa deliziosa Al ristorante interno si mangia divinamente bene , cibo di alta qualità , preparato in modo eccelso . Il direttore , Gianluca , è persona professionale e gentilissima , sempre disponibile , simpatico , affabile è molto competente ….. veramente una persona fantastica. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
