Un angolo di paradiso. Il migliore hotel in cui sono stata, bellissimo, nuovo, pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo, Maitre che ti accoglieva come una principessa alla mattina a colazione. Mio figlio ha provato anche tutta la zona SPA perfetta pulita, accappatoi in dotazione morbidissimi, camere perfette, pulite, materassi e cuscini comodissimi, giardino pulito e curato. Sono stata mezz'ora a pensare a cosa ci fosse da migliorare e non mi è venuto in mente nulla. Praticamente perfetto anche la posizione a 100 metri da una meravigliosa pedonale e ciclabile lungo lago che ti porta al centro di Bardolino a solo 1km di distanza. Vacanza meravigliosa, abbiamo fatto il pacchetto Ayurveda Body and Soul, con massaggi e cena ayurveda ....personale stupendo, luogo incantevole totale rilassamento e benessere, tutto molto curato, pulito, Resort al top. I servizi che offre con le terme ,le diverse saune creano un benessere totale all'ospite,fatto anche di musica e profumi altamente rilassanti.

Abbiamo scoperto questa struttura la scorsa settimana e diamo 5 pallini perché non se ne possono dare 10! Eccellente da tutti i punti di vista: pulizia, cucina, ambiente, servizi ed in particolare ci ha colpito la gentilezza di tutto il personale, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Super consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Sono una testimone di nozze che ha scelto di passare la giornata in questo fantastico posto con le mie amiche per l addio al nubilato e devo dire che è stata una giornata eccezionale con servizio impeccabile molta pazienza e molto gentili nel loro lavoro noi abbiamo fatto pranzo percorso termale e massaggio siamo rimaste felici di tutto super super bello !! Grazie di tutto!! Molto probabilmente torneremo anche singolarmente grazie da Elisa un abbraccio!!

Sono oramai 15 anni che mia moglie ed io frequentiamo regolarmente (purtroppo meno spesso di quanto vorremmo) la struttura. Per noi è un'oasi di benessere e relax, coccolati in ogni forma, dal cibo alla zona wellness e alle terme. Personale sempre cordiale e professionale. Pulizia ineccepibile. Sinceramente non saprei trovare un difetto. Complimenti e a rivederci presto!

Meravigliosa struttura proprio di fronte al lago. Spazi comuni ampi, ottimamente arredato. Giardino molto bello e curatissimo. Piscine all'aperto ampie ed invitanti Spa molto bella e rilassante. Colazione eccellente, ricca di ottimi prodotti per tutti i gusti e per tutte le esigenze. Ristorante meritevole di un plauso. Camera spaziosa e ben pulita. Tutto il personale, dalla reception al bar, dalla pulizia delle camere alla Spa, eccellente, sorridente e professionale Se dovessi tornare in zona sarebbe la mia scelta migliore!

Wi-Fi non funzionava se non sporadicamente [probabilmente a causa del numero di persone presenti in hotel: problemi di banda?];

ottimo hotel con spa - ottima colazione - ottimo relax - personale molto gentile- struttura ben curata - raggiungibile centro Bardolino anche a piedi con un po' di buona volontà, vicine da visitare anche le altre località sul lago di Garda.
