This hotel was nice enough looking. But the amenities were not there. All hotels I have been in have had a electric tea kettle with some tea and some coffee that you can make yourself in the morning. There was nothing there was no for my clothes. The cleaning was almost nonexistent. We had them come in after about two days or three that we were there. They did not change the sheets. They did not change the pillowcases. They did not clean. The only thing they cleaned was the bathroom no vacuuming, no dusting left a glass that I had used that was given to the room, I am not used to that that is not proper.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. It is in a good location close to the town but not on the main street. It was easy to get to and had parking.

Un bel hôtel confortable situé en proximité du centre ce qui permet d'éviter de prendre la voiture et ainsi privilégier l'utilisation des navettes fluviales pour visiter d'autres villages autour du lac de Garde.
Bardolino est une belle station balnéaire.

Palace Hotel San Pietro er et super dejligt hotel med en meget central beliggenhed i Bardolino. Tæt på centrum, 10 min til badeområde ved søen, fine værelser, god service i receptionen, lækkert morgenmåltid med servering. Fin P-plads.

Hotel med mysig pool. Dock inte sol på hela området utan lite skuggit under olika tider.
Överlag helt ok, frukosten var också okej för att vara i Italien där utbudet oftast inte är så internationellt.
Hotellet är något slitet men inte så man känner att det känns ofräscht. Tycker att det är dyrt för sin standard.
Service vid check-in var inget speciellt, och vid utcheckning uppkom dolda avgifter som tex parkeringsavgift, ca 5 euro per dag. Så ingen större summa men mer principen av att behöva betala för att parkera utomhus och utan förvarning.
Inte heller någon hjälp med väskor eller liknande när man kommer med bil då det var lite bökigt att flytta väskor mellan parkering och upp till lobby/ rum.
