Corte Bianca - Adults Only & Spa - Bovis Hotels

This place is all around great. We arrived early but were greated with a smile and they went out of their way to make sure our room was ready. We were able to check in early, which is greatly appreciated. The room is small but very nice. great beds and proper aircon. bathroom also very good and spacious. We had the half-board and therefore dinner and breakfast was included. Breakfast: Amazing; fried eggs run out fast but are replaced just as fast and therefore super fresh! There is a section with sardinian specialties such as cheeses and hams and the more generic stuff on another table. Plenty of juices and flavoured water, Coffee made to order, good selection of breads and cereals. On top of that a good selection of sweet baked goods such as cakes, pies and muffins Also a good selection of vegetables and fruits . Dinner is good too, the menu has good options that stay true to the Sardinian tradition. There is a buffet with it were you can get some extra salad and vegetable and theres a huge selection. Also available is a table with sweet desserts. There is a massive crew of wait staff running around but still its hard to get a waiter to the table. this can be a bit of a nuisance. they seem to be all in their dedicated 'lanes'. The wine menu is also a bit fussy. Wines by the glass arent in the menu and the staff isnt really aware of the options. We found out later there is a table with all wines by the glass upon entering the restaurant which made choosing much easier We also had lunch at the beach bar; we had a cold cut board with cheeses and salads. The salads arent that creative but this seems to be prevalent in Sardinia. The beach bar is good however and service is fine. The beach is also pretty nice but its a pebble beach so perhaps bring some watershoes. Beds were provided along with towels which was good. Pools were great too, we had a cocktail there but i found it a bit too much on the ice and too little on the booze. Spa/Wellness is nice; some nice baths and showers and a sauna (if you like that) Gym is a bit small and not airconned with is a con. A lot of gym fanatics there as well taking up space, leaving towels and bags on equipment or in the way making it hard to use things

Great hotel! Adults only. Just what we needed. Very peaceful and very friendly staff. Modern and great room. Beautiful pool area’s and a nice private beach. Because of some reviews we didn’t book diner on the moment of booking, but we didn’t agree with these reviews. Staff was very friendly, and the food was very good from the halfboard menu. There is also a possibility for a la Carte, but not necessary in my opinion. Only after dinner there was not much happening in the hotelbar. Till next time!😃❤️
