Wir haben zur Zeit einen Aufenthalt im Camping Bereich. Den Rest kann ich nicht bewerten. Die Anlage selbst wirkt gepflegt. Ist aber sehr Weitläufig. Man muss hier wirklich weit laufen um zu Restaurants, Animation oder Geschäften zu kommen. Wir haben Glück und stehen relativ weit unten Richtung Strand. Aber es geht weit hinauf. Strand ist schön aber nichts Besonderes. Das die Liegen dort Geld kosten ist uns bekannt und inzwischen ja fast überall so, dass aber im Pool Bereich die Liegen auch Geld kosten, haben wir woanders noch nicht erlebt. Man hat hier leider kaum Möglichkeit, sich woanders hinzulegen. Generell finden wir den Platz sehr laut, bis weit nach 23 Uhr wird sich lautstark unterhalten und gegröhlt (sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene). Die Rezeption ist ständig überfüllt und schlecht organisiert. Insgesamt sind wir anderes gewohnt von einem Superplatz vom ADAC. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen!

Overall it was a poor experience. The buffet at both breakfast and dinner was poor. The food was never more than luke warm and therefore inedible. I spoke to the manager who having been informed promptly disappeared and was never seen again ! We gave up after three days and went elsewhere to eat despite being half board. The WIFI was non existent despite claiming to have very good WIFI at our accommodation. I complained about this to reception but they said it was an ongoing problem and that if i needed WIFI i could sit in the reception area....great .. Only one english channel (news) on the non smart TV in the accommodation. The staff generally were unfriendly and unhelpful. The kids club was no more than a wooden shack with a few desks and chairs with painting materials. My kids never went back after one day as there was nothing to do there... Kids pool activities are posted every day but I never saw anything going on for kids in the pool and when I queried this I was merely told there should be something, with a shrug of the shoulders. We won't be back, very expensive for what we got. There are far better options out there for your family. The resort is just too big and impersonal with nobody seemingly in charge to fix issues as they arise.

Very nice and clean resort. The staff seemed as if they hated their jobs, no smiles, no attempt to give the guest a good experience or good service. Don't do the halfboard! The food was fine (what you can expect from a buffet that serves alot of people in a short amount of time), but the restaurant itself and the way it was managed was horrible. Had to wait in line for 15-20 min. for food, because they only opend one buffetarea instead of use the 2, that was in there. Couldn't sit ourside (terrace closed off despite 28 degrees and a full restaurant).

This was our second stay at Zaton and its just an excellent camp site in an excellent location. Right on the beautiful Dalmatian coast and just 45 mins by taxi from Zadar airport. Beach is lovely with loads of activities. Camp is perfectly clean with excellent facilities. Since we were there last a new development 'Ventula' has been developed with offering an incredible restaurant/bar/takeaway - it even has two swimming pools on the first floor with a bar. Only criticism is that the evening entertainment, which was a highlight at all the other campsites we've stayed at, is non existent - this is a major shortfall for Zaton which is otherwise highly recommended.

Everything was basically ok, except for two elements of the stay: 1. CHAIRS BY THE POOL AND BEACH!!! Why paid! Besides, the price is very high!!! In Italy I pay 30 euros for a week's stay!!! It really is such a nice facility and you are attacking nonsense!!! Be ashamed... 2. Check-in - it took a long time, there should be another method, maybe online? And check-out is a complete misunderstanding, I'm standing in a queue to hand over the key, I thought I could do it without queuing, unfortunately the lady at the reception said I had to wait, my turn comes, I hand over the key, and that's it... Why I waited, I don't know... I must praise the staff, everyone was very polite, understanding and polite. It was very nice.

Wir waren für 13 Tage im Campingbereich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Meer ist Super, Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch Verabschiedet. Der Service des Ressorts ist sehr gut. Wir sagen Hvala

Schöne Anlage mit gut ausgestatteten Apartments. Gute Restaurants. Leider lässt der Zimmerservice sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nette und zuvorkommendes Personal - wenn man es findet! Müllentsorgung, Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche lässt zu wünschen übrig und entspricht nicht der Ausschreibung. Alles muss nachgefragt werden, das nervt. Check-In ein Chaos mit ewig langer Wartezeit. Muss man schnell eine Kleinigkeit regeln, so steht man wieder in der Schlange.

Die Ferienanlage ist AUSSCHLIESSLICH für Familien geeignet. Die angepriesene Wellnessoase mit dem Eintritt von 25 Euro/Person mit schöner Aussicht und 2 Pools, kleinem Cafe und warmer Dusche ist nach letzter Information auch für Kinder ab 12 Jahren zulässig, in der Vorsaison(Juni 2024) auch für Kleinstkinder. Damit gibt es nun keine Zone für Erwachsene, die sich entspannen wollen. Auf der Homepage wurde mit dem Zugang ab 16 Jahren geworben. Diese Vorgangsweise zieht sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt-es wird mit etwas geworben und dann ist alles anders. Handtuchwechsel alle 4 Tage- nein doch erst alle 7 Tage(!!). Abtransport von Müll jeden Tag-nein, doch erst jeden 2.Tag. Erst nach Beschwerde bekamen wir noch 2 frische Müllsäcke und Toiletpapier(weil auch dieses mußten wir "erkämpfen"). Polster zum Schlafen in einer Größe, bei der man Genickverspannungen bekommt, Ersatz ist ein Dekopolster. Fazit: erst will man etwas Komfortables bieten, doch dann geht es sich nicht aus. Die Regelungen und das Service wird ständig umgestoßen. Nie wieder!!
