Great stay, ignore all current reviews. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Great location easy to access only 40 mins to central London. 20 mins from the 02, only 13 pound ins Uber. Great location for the 02.

The room was clean. Reception staff really do care about their job. The ladies on the fromt desk are always greeting and smilling. Beautiful. The hotel does not have a bar cafe but you do have am option for a breakfast to go (breakfast box) it does the job. I will be returning again when im down in London.

Thankyou to staff for making our two night stay great. At check in we was informed about the everything. We did have issues with the wifi which reception very quickly fixed for us. The room was very clean, smelt great too. The housekeepers always smilled even when they was busy. Its located in a good location with barking station only five minutes away and so many other buses to help get you around. Thankyou all me and my boyfriend had a great time.

Was a good stay at Barking. The service from the reception staff was really friendly and they went out of their way to always help with any questions we had. The room was very clean and good size. The hotel really cares about their guests and i have no complaints at all. Will return soon again.

No overnight parking facility is a negative for this hotel. Courteous reception staff. Convenient location with tube station at a walking distance and decent food joints nearby. Accommodation is reasonable for the price you pay.

Lira is such a lovely lady! She welcomed me warmly and graciously accommodated my early check-in request, which was originally scheduled for 3 o'clock but she managed to arrange it for 2:30. I'm very grateful for her kindness. She's truly a sweet and wonderful person.

Very good stay. Checked in with my family and we really dont have anytging bad to say. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned well and the lovely reception team always helping. They have me and my family all the information that we needed to make it a good stay.
