Best Hotels in Barleben, Germany

I spent several nights there during a business trip. The hotel is clean and maintained. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good, but too much choice. A third of the choice would be far enough. The breakfast is completely overpriced for that. Wi-Fi is good. Sufficient parking directly at the hotel. With a overnight cost charge, by the company, it becomes more difficult here than in other hotels.

We were traveling from Warsaw to Rotterdam and needed a overnight stop . This location was perfect close to the motorway. We had not pre booked , but the receptionist was very helpful and spoke per English. The room was spotless and provided space and other little extas. We ate in the restaurant, and although the menu was limited , there was enough choice and was very tasty. The staff again were very polite and the young gentleman spoke English which was very helpful. Breakfast again was plentiful with a mass choice for everyone , including a gluten free area ( for those). The breakfast is perfectly well and nothing is missing. The location of the hotel is right near the village promenade, this is super-foot-up, yet it is not running but beautifully quiet on the rooms. All in all to be recommended as a fully-fledged hotel for the price.

We have used the location near the Elbe to explore the Elbe bike path with the bikes, and you also get quickly to the city centre through the nearby pedestrian/cycle crossing. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the rooms are ok, though something old-fashioned, but has not disturbed us. The bikes can be placed in the separate standing room, there should be more space here, mostly the room was overfyld. Positive was the possibility of loading our e-car free. At an additional cost, you can set the car in the hotel's parking place, which is covered and closed at night.

Positive: - Staff always very nice - Staff room available for evening (if you don't want to play in the room) - Stacking space for bikes - Parking sufficiently available - Drinks also available at the reception evening What unfortunately - Although WG Corona should only be 10 guests at the same time in the breakfast room, we come and suddenly have 15 people extremely close around us. This is not possible - you wear mask in the house, employees come to one without opposing - the long walk that leads to the rooms smells ...bestious ... There seems to be no decent airing here, or there is no sufficient air function available. But with evil to/ from the room, it is not pleasant

I arrived late and left early (this hotel is about 5 mins walk from the Railway Station) but was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is clearly pretty new and was unusually decorated with a cycling theme which made it a bit interesting - I am tempted to return to the area with my bike in the future now! The staff I dealt with on reception were pleasant and I would describe the room as very clean and comfortable. The one minor annoyance was that there is no glass in the bathroom or even any kind of cup in the room but by the time I had undressed and realised this I was too tired to get dressed to go downstairs and ask for one (as invited by the notice in the room) so made do with an empty drink bottle I happened to have with me. Slept well in the room though, would stay here again.

Les plus : Situation dans un quartier calme. L’amabilité du réceptionniste. La qualité de la literie. Les moins : C’est un hôtel vieillot qui a été rénové mais en ayant gardé l’ancienne configuration des chambres avec une partie rénovée et une autre pas du tout. Le mobilier est vieillot et de « première génération ». La salle de bain est vraiment trop petite et les we sont très mal positionnés. Le parking gratuit qui aurait du être un atout, est trop exigu aussi bien par le manque de places (une 10aine) que par la grandeur du parking en lui même …. Autant se garer dans les rues avoisinantes. Pas de chaîne française ou anglaise sur la tv malgré la centaine de chaînes proposées. Le petit-déjeuner est tout ce qu’il y a de basique. La qualité n’est pas extraordinaire pour ce qui concerne le pain et les mini viennoiseries. Bref, pas terrible du tout. Un seul oreiller par lit est insuffisant. Si je m’adressais directement au responsable, je lui dirais : vous pouvez mieux faire. Commencer par repeindre les marches de vos escaliers intérieurs.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the waiter is nice

When I entered the room it was very, very clean and very spacious and comfortable. I can only recommend the hotel. The front desk staff very politely explained the way to the room to me after checking in
