Travelling for a short visit. Friendly staff and an overall welcoming experience. There's sometimes noises and smoke coming from the 6-lane road traffic nearby. But it is really close to Hendon Central Station and Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The room was clean and well furnished. L'occitane shower gel & shampoo were provide. Overall satisfactory.

room was great. small but well equiped, quiet as requested. excellent showers that actually work. warm and very comfortable bed.. couldnt use restaurant as staying for hospital operation.

Friendly helpful service and modern design with very comfortable rooms. Recommended .

Quite old

The hotel is close to home. I booked this hotel for my parents when they came to London. Both of them were very satisfied. It's very close to the subway. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and L'Occitane toiletries. Someone cleans the room every day and replenishes water and snacks. The breakfast is exquisite and the service staff are very friendly. The price/performance ratio is very good! Will order again~

The Hide is a superb small hotel with a lovely group of staff who on all my visits (for business travel) have been absolutely lovely. They are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make me feel well looked after. I also travel alone a lot and this hotel is one where as a woman on her own I feel secure both in my room and in and about the hotel which is why whenever I am in this area of London this will be my first choice of place to stay. On my most recent visit the lovely lady who looked after me (Ilknur) was just terrific and the hotel should be proud of the way she looked after their guests.

The team were so very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The heating in the room (24) was stuck on high but this was sorted out straight away. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the underground station where you are straight on the northern line so great for getting into London. In the room there is a hairdryer, safe, toiletries and kettle. Plenty of drinks including water and hot chocolate. Overall I would highly recommended this hotel.

Great small hotel, great location, 2 min to tube, very friendly staff and modernized bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay; the hotel was close to a tube station which made it convenient getting around London. All the staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us, the hotel was lovely clean and equipped. Thank you, we will be recommending this hotel and definitely stay in the future :)

Excellent staff experience, good signposting advice and nothing was too much trouble. Location of The Hide is great for transportation to the capital and surrounding attractions.

We loved our stay at the Hide. Such a wonderful and friendly place. The hotel is well designed and has all the amenities you need. The staff is brilliant and creates a home from home atmosphere. Special thanks to Ilknur, who was just brilliant during the brekfast service.

Would highly recommend the Hide London. Train station 2mins walking distance. Staff very friendly. Room very modern tea and coffee in room. Toiletries supplied Could not fault in any way. Definitely book again

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were perfect. Ilknue along with the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with lots of selection. We stayed here 3 nights and highly recommended it.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. For London standards, it's pretty good! Very close to the subway, comfortable rooms and relatively modern bathrooms.
