When I arrived I was forced to pay a extra bed only for the presence of a 4-month baby who doesn't use absolutely anything from the hotel. Please note that the cost was 170 real per day. I found a absurd and complete lack of sensitivity and resistance in the hotel, I had been hosting the 5-year-old one in exactly the same room and beds, and nothing was charged extra. I didn't think it was fair."
