The service is excellent, and the hotel is very, very beautiful. It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special.
The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition.
I invite everyone to visit this hotel and experience the quality of the service for themselves. It is a small hotel, but very cozy. I highly recommend it.

The room was a ratbox, no windows, the lobby noise affect your sleep time, 3 am people talking there. Breakfast was average is not a super buffet. The staff was the best

It's a nice hotel in a good location with helpful staff. The noise from the waiting areas outside of the room can be a little excessive for light sleepers.

Nice pool area, nice staff, excellent breakfast buffet, a little cold bur good. Front desk lady was very helpful. My room has a humid odor, but other than that all was good. Only stay for 1 night.
