The air Conditioning was broken , recuested fan , but never came !
Requested to change room and was not given one , could not sleep all night with the heat and a baby in the room sweating all night .

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Barranquilla, Colombia. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the central location, which allowed me to explore the city with ease. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying there again on a future visit to Barranquilla.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, except that there was no cable tv.
It wasn't available in any of the rooms.The t v was there, but there was no service.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great environment. Breakfast is outstanding. Location is perfect. Definitely I will stay again in this wonderful hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
