Staff went above and beyond

As a Marriott Ambassador who frequently travels, this hotel is incredible! Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious (I received a suite upgrade), the pool, gym, and club are nice, and the breakfast offers numerous delicious options. Furthermore, I’d like to extend a special thank you and shout-out to Valery, who is absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful whenever I called down or approached the desk, and she maintains that same energy and passion throughout her shift, greeting everyone with such joy—you can tell she truly loves her job! I even witnessed her assist colleagues who had trouble understanding English or with the system. Future Manager there!! Cheers! ✨

Executive Club. Overall, it was a very good experience. The food bites were excellent, and the presentation was always perfect. Everything looked elegant and well-prepared, which really elevated the experience. However, the only aspect I did not enjoy during my stay was that the staff would frequently disappear for long periods of time. When you wanted to pour a glass of wine, either the station was closed or you had the feeling that you had to serve yourself without knowing whether that was appropriate or not. That created a bit of discomfort and did not match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I would especially like to recognize Isella, who truly provided outstanding service. She maintained high standards at all times and made a real difference in the overall experience. Thank you for an otherwise very pleasant stay

We had a very comfortable room, the restaurant has an excellent menu and service is very good. I will stay at the Marriott again next time in Barranquilla

The only comment that i have, is that you should have cleaning spray in the gym with some paper to be able to clean machine and weight after use
