Hotel bem localizado e funcionando tudo muito bem. Que falta pra ser excelente é acessibilidade. Ficamos no segundo andar e tivemos que subir as malas pela escada. E somos idosos. Café da manhã excelente, garagem excelente, cama excelente e banheiro muito bom.

Localização é boa, próximo a mercadinhos e locais para alimentação. É possível ouvir os hóspedes nos outros quartos e os travesseiros são finos, mas no geral o custo benefício é interessante para estadias curtas.

Hotel com serviço muito ruim, sem água quente e sem limpeza de quarto. Um hotel que não sabe atender ao público tem sérios problemas. Café da manhã fraco e com poucas opções. Colaboradores sem treinamento com pouquíssimas exceções, cidade com poucas opções de bons hotéis infelizmente favorece ao atendimento fraco.
