O hotel fica longe do centro da cidade , é um bom hotel os quartos sao espaçoso , o restaurante a comidacé boa , o café da manhã também. O estacionamento é pago , o spa tb . Gina gosto quando é um ginasio proprio do hotel que vc entra e usa os aparelhos , lá parece mais uma paceria com o ginásio, pessoal nada simpático.... não usei. Piscina exterior boa, porém a casa de banho fica longe. A limpeza dos quartos muito tarde... , teve um dia que desisti da espera. Não sei se estão com poucos funcionários, enfim... Também penso que deve ser um hotel mas de passagem , para reuniões e congressos. Tirando o ginásio e a limpeza é um bom hotel ....

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos ajudar optei por fazer pensão completa e gostei muito todos os dias eram pratos diferentes e cheios de sabor gostei da alimentação pois era serviço self service. Os quantos eram super espaçosos e notava se que existia limpeza no seu interior. Um dos aspetos a melhorar é que a piscina do spa encontra se fechada pelos menos ao feriado talvez também ao domingo e na minha opinião deveria estar sempre a funcionar . Outro ponto é que para aceder a zona das piscinas interiores temos que passar pelo meio do ginásio e toda a genteb fica olhar e causa um incomodo.

No es la primera vez que estamos en el Axis Viana. Nos sigue encantando. Está muy cuidado. Está limpio. Es muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable y profesional. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Dispone de parking cubierto a muy buen precio y está situado en un lugar de muy fácil acceso al entrar en Viana desde la A-28 o desde la A3.

Pequeno almoço excelente, quartos limpos e confortáveis.
Funcionários muito simpáticos.
As únicas coisas a apontar são apenas: a porta do quarto que estava perra e não fechava bem, era preciso fazer força para a fechar; e a outra coisa é a temperatura da água das piscinas interiores, tanto na piscina interior (para uso geral dos hóspedes), bem como na piscina do spa (que é pago), a água estava MUITO mais fria do que aquilo que se espera de uma piscina aquecida.

Very swish establishment, great central location, restaurant adequate but best to eat out to get the best of local cuisine.
Breakfast filling but coffee and orange juice a bit lacking in taste.
