Convenient stop off on the way to the Lake District. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Friendly staff at reception.

The rooms were clean but will say one of them smelt bad of detol good that it was clean but I’m sure no one likes that smell

Was visiting family in Alsager and this was the closest hotel to the area so I booked it. On arrival was annoyed with myself as didn't look into it enough to realise it was a motorway services. The outside looked old. So expected it to be awful inside. On entering reception it looked immaculate and that continued into our room. Was modern spotlessly clean tidy and cosy. I've stayed at others that looked bare. Has a Greggs & kfc next door to it and a garage forecourt facing it. Other than the mattress everything else was perfect and the lady on reception was lovely. Tea coffee making facilities and top ups on the reception desk & a vending machine.

This motel is excellent value. Clean, spacious room (we were in 20) and friendly staff. Although it’s close to the motorway the traffic noise was not a problem. Another review mentions a chemical smell but we experienced nothing like that. We’d definitely come back.

Danny she was just amazing, friendly, so helpful I was meeting up with colleagues and she directed us to near by restaurant . Had a great stay thank you . Made better by the staff . Rooms clean not far from where I needed to be Crewe and Alsager near motorway.

This is a great place to stay the hotel is always kept well and the staff are very pleasant and always willing to help,the hotel is in a very nice setting with a large car park and petrol garage with food, snacks, tobacco products and alcohol, there are two places next door to get hot food and drinks and shops a short drive away

Had a really pleasant stay here the staff are absolutely wonderful bent over backwards to help us in many ways we shall definitely be back. Cannot fault this hotel price is great compared to other places and most important is the people who work there. Next time we go up North we would definitely be staying there again.

Room and service wonderful, very easy access to and from M6 . Room lovely only tiny problem for me was the half bath so I could only shower being a very big man. Lots of parking and staff well very helpful.
